Once a subscription is initiated, it cannot be terminated, and no refunds will be provided if you choose not to use the service before your subscription expires. Please consider these terms before subscribing

We regret that we cannot provide refunds or compensation for any issues encountered in accessing our services, regardless of the circumstances. All our services require prepayment, with a minimum subscription period of one month. We also offer prepaid subscription options for 3 and 12 months. Once a subscription begins, it cannot be terminated, and refunds will not be granted if you choose not to use the service before your subscription expires. CenturyOneTrust, along with its officers, directors, employees, and agents, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:
(i) errors, typos, or inaccuracies in the content;
(ii) personal injury or property damage arising from your access to and use of the Site or any third-party websites;
(iii) unauthorized access or use of our secure servers and/or any personal or financial information stored on them;
(iv) interruption or termination of data transmission to or from our Site

This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether they arise from a warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and remains effective regardless of whether CenturyOneTrust was aware of the possibility of such claims

You acknowledge that CenturyOneTrust assumes no responsibility for materials submitted by participants, or for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal behavior of any third party. You assume the risk of harm from these factors

We cannot guarantee that CenturyOneTrust is suitable or accessible for use in all locations. If you access or use CenturyOneTrust from outside our intended jurisdictions, you do so voluntarily and are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations

By using the Site, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold CenturyOneTrust, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents harmless from any liabilities, including claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Site.
