General Terms

Eligibility: Only one trader per household is entitled to bonuses and/or special offers, regardless of the number of trading devices at the address, unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions. User identities of traders are determined by one or more of the following: credit card number, IP address, name, mailing and email address, and any other form of identification required by CenturyOneTrust
Right to Amend: CenturyOneTrust reserves the right to withdraw, revoke, or amend any special offer or bonus at any time, for any reason, without prior notice
Payment Issues: If any payment service provider cancels or rejects a payment attempt, CenturyOneTrust reserves the right to deny or nullify a bonus and/or the trader's profits
Withdrawal Policy: Traders wishing to withdraw funds from their account balance should refer to our withdrawal and refund policy available on the site at www.centuryonetrust.com
Bonus Terms & Conditions
Provision of Bonuses: The company may provide bonuses to its clients, offering additional funds for trading on their account. Bonuses and promotions are available for a specified time and are not permanent. Bonuses on deposits are credited to the client’s trading account for the first deposit made (or subsequent deposits if specified and at CenturyOneTrust's sole discretion)
Acceptance of Bonuses: Clients are not obliged to accept any bonuses. Once trading is initiated on an account after a trading bonus has been applied, the client has willingly accepted the bonus, which cannot be reversed
Compliance with Offer Terms: Bonuses credited to the client's account must comply with the offer's terms. This may include, but is not limited to, making a minimum deposit and/or achieving a minimum turnover within a specified time period
Discretion of CenturyOneTrust: All bonuses are given at CenturyOneTrust's discretion. CenturyOneTrust reserves the right to establish, alter, or annul the criteria for bonus qualification at its sole discretion. The company will publicly disclose the policy under which clients can withdraw any received bonuses and may modify or revoke the criteria for bonus withdrawal. We recommend that clients accept bonuses only if they are committed to trading over an extended period and understand that all bonuses are subject to the following conditions:
a. Trading Requirement: No withdrawals are permissible until a trading volume of 1 Lot of the bonus is achieved;
b. Non-Transferability: Added funds are not transferable; a bonus credited to one account cannot be transferred to another;
c. Cancellation Rights: CenturyOneTrust reserves the right to cancel bonuses, promotions, or advantages offered or expected to be offered to the designated trading account if a client is suspected of wrongdoing or deception;
d. Fraudulent Activity: In the event of suspected fraud or fraudulent activity, or if payments are charged back, CenturyOneTrust reserves the right to retain any amount exceeding the original deposit from the client's account and, if necessary, to initiate legal proceedings to recover any payments owed;

Insurance Terms and Conditions
Insurance Services: CenturyOneTrust provides funds insurance services to its customers. This insurance covers additional funds equivalent to the trade amount lost under a margin call. The insurance incurs a 20% premium, deducted from the margin call amount, for a specified period. The insured amount is credited to the client's trading account within one week
Optional Activation: Clients are not required to activate the insurance services. Once trading begins on an account with the insurance applied, the client is considered to have willingly accepted the bonus, which cannot be reversed
Compliance Requirements: The bonus credited to the client's account must comply with the terms of the offer, which may include a minimum deposit and/or a minimum turnover level within a specified period
Discretionary Offering: The funds insurance services are provided at CenturyOneTrust's discretion. CenturyOneTrust reserves the right to set, change, or annul the criteria for insurance eligibility. The company will publicly disclose the policy under which clients can withdraw any insured funds and may modify or revoke the criteria for bonus withdrawal
Turnover Requirements: A standard lot unit is equal to $100,000 USD. To withdraw the bonus, clients must meet turnover requirements calculated as Bonus amount * lots per instrument. Only closed trades are eligible. For example, to withdraw the bonus, the requirement is X Bonus Amount * 1 = X standard lots
Conditions and Restrictions:
a. Insurance funds are non-transferable between accounts;
b. If a client is suspected of wrongdoing or deception, CenturyOneTrust reserves the right to cancel the insurance, promotions, or benefits provided;
c. In cases of suspected fraud or chargebacks, CenturyOneTrust may withhold any amount exceeding the original deposit and may initiate legal proceedings to recover owed payments;

INSURANCE
To limit losses, we recommend setting up a Stop Loss order. A Stop Loss order acts as insurance against sudden market changes, limiting potential losses
Choose your Stop Loss strategy to align with your trading style. Day traders should always use a Stop Loss order. A good strategy is to place the Stop Loss where it indicates a wrong market direction assumption if hit

Bonus Abuse
CenturyOneTrust reserves the right to withhold payment and/or revoke any special offer and/or bonus funds to user accounts that appear to engage in any form of conspired strategies or exploitation of system malfunctions. This includes but is not limited to:
a. Users with more than one trading account on the platform; mismatched account and credit card names;
b. Identical payment methods or wire transfer accounts used by different users;
c. Users disputing charges (chargebacks) for deposited funds;
d. Users acting individually or in groups to create multiple accounts for claiming free bonuses or special offers;
e. Suspicious trading activity such as fraud, manipulation, or cash arbitrage for risk-free profits;
f. Actions in response to bonus abuse may include withholding profits, closing accounts, retaining funds, and barring eligibility for future bonuses or promotions
Additional Provisions
To the extent permissible by law, CenturyOneTrust is not liable for any loss of profits, data, revenues, or any other damages related to bonuses and/or special offers subject to this Bonus Policy. By trading with CenturyOneTrust, you agree that CenturyOneTrust shall not be liable, and the limitations shall remain effective even if the stated terms fail their essential purpose
The terms in this Bonus Policy are governed by the ICC ADR Rules, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the law in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines for any disputes related to the CenturyOneTrust Bonus Policy. This does not prevent CenturyOneTrust from enforcing any judgment or seeking interim injunctions in any relevant jurisdiction
